∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of O&M Competency Trainer for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Company's employee & Contractor Operation Excellence Health Environment Safety and competency training, develop learning materials, Coordinate with all stakeholders and administration of associated tool.
∎ Deliver training specific to Chevron Bangladesh operations and support service’s needs.
∎ Review training design documents and developed materials and makes suggestions for improvement.
∎ Demonstrates understanding of Contractor Operation Excellence Health environment safety and operation & maintenance craft training objectives, adhere to and utilize the Chevron employee training standard procedure; participate in structure of new and existing training database and programs in place.
∎ Develops training strategies based on employee training aligning with organizational and individual requirement. Builds and implements range training plans.
∎ Design and develop training plan & schedule (long & short tram).
∎ Provide support to operating procedures management as needed.
∎ Support employee competency management system as needed.
∎ Coordinate training schedule & administrative service’s needs.
∎ Maintain training data base for employee & contactor through training center data base & online tool.
∎ Manage training equipment preventive /corrective maintenance coordinating with maintenance department/Contactor.
∎ Facilitate the stewardship of company Health Safety and Environment knowledge and skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of HES Training experience or working as HSE position.
∎ Working in oil & gas sector will get additional preference.
∎ Highly skilled in Training facilitation, communication & English proficiency.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 14 days on/ 14 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
