Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials from a recognized public or private university. Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience will have an advantage.
Professional experience in academic records and student information systems will also be considered an advantage.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with knowledge of, or the ability to learn university policies and procedures.
Familiarity with academic records and student information systems is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with excellent organizational ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Proficient in MS Office applications and general internet use.
Ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues, stakeholders and collaborate across departments and service areas.
Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem-solving and identifying improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in collecting, cleaning, validating, and consolidating data on student enrollment, registration, performance, retention, and progression.
Support the preparation of accurate and timely statistical and analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Help academic and administrative units with routine data requests, including data extraction, summaries, and basic dashboards or reports.
Conduct data quality checks with Registry colleagues and resolve inconsistencies.
Maintain well-organized datasets and reporting files for easy access to current and historical data.
Provide support in compiling and performing basic analysis of survey data (e.g., student and alumni surveys).
Contribute to university ranking submissions through data collection, verification, and documentation.
Assist in preparing ranking-related reports and managing related web content.
Work towards achieving unit KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Participate in process improvement initiatives, including basic automation tasks.
