·      Assist the admissions team in counselling prospective students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, admission requirements, and application procedures.

·      Support the processing of student applications, including document collection, data entry, and follow-ups to ensure timely submissions.

·      Maintain and update student records, CRM systems, and admission-related databases accurately.

·      Coordinate with counsellors and partner universities to track application status and communicate updates to students.

·      Support marketing activities such as promoting services through social media, phone calls, emails, and in-office engagement.

·      Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional events at Banani and Dhanmondi offices.

·      Handle front-desk queries and provide basic information to walk-in students and guardians in a professional manner.

·      Conduct market research on universities, courses, scholarships, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.

·      Help create basic marketing content such as flyers, posters, social media captions, and student success posts.

·      Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and convert inquiries into potential applicants.

·      Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the admissions or marketing supervisors.
