Job Summary

Shabuj Global Education is seeking a results-driven and creative social media manager to strengthen our digital presence and actively generate leads from students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will know how to attract, engage, and convert potential students through strategic content, campaigns, and community management across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies focused on student outreach and lead generation

• Create and publish engaging content that appeals to students planning to study abroad

• Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

• Plan and execute campaigns to promote university partners, study destinations, and admission intakes

• Generate qualified leads through organic content, campaigns, inquiries, and social media funnels

• Respond to messages, comments, and student inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and creative teams to align content with recruitment goals

• Track performance, leads, and conversions using analytics and reporting tools

• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with lead generation or student recruitment exposure

• Strong understanding of how to target and engage students interested in studying abroad

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and paid promotion basics

• Creative, organized, and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or overseas education services

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, lead forms, and social media CRM tools

• Basic design or video editing skills are an advantage
