Experience:

• Master of Science (MSc)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)

Total teaching experience of 12 years including minimum 03-05 years of experience as Principal/Vice Principal/Assistant Professor of Higher Secondary College.        

Preference will be given to candidates with work experience as Principal/Vice Principal in reputable educational institutions.

Managing overall academic and administrative activities of the Institution.

Coordinating the design, development, and preparation of course plans, syllabi, lecture sheets, handouts, etc.

Responsible for developing new strategies for providing quality education services to students.

Planning and delivering all academic programs.

Supervising all academic and non-academic staff.

Coordinating & maintaining an active research program.

Coordinate with administrative and support teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.

Supporting the promotion of the college.

Serving as an academic adviser for students.

Perform coaching and follow-up teaching sessions for all faculty members to develop skills and identify further areas for training and development.

Performing other duties as per office requirements at any time.
