Experience:
B.Sc. in Engineering/Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering from any recognized university/institute with 7 years TVET & Skills development Experience or Master degree in any subject with 5 years TVET & Skills development Experience.
CBT&A Level 4 completed
Excellent command of communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Excellent computer operating skills and conversant with MS Office package.
Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
Ability and willingness to travel.
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Training Coordinator for SAIC Professional Training Center, Rajshahi, under the SICIP-REHAB Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the training center, ensuring smooth coordination of all training programs, and monitoring the performance of trainers. The coordinator will work closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training that meets the program’s objectives.
The Co-coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the program at the training center level. S/he will work under the supervision of the Principal & Chief Coordinator of the organization.
Plan and implement outreach and intake programs through community engagement, field visits and interviews in consultation with respective officials of SAIC Professional Training Centre.
Ensure enrollment process, training activities, graduation, employment and track program participants’ progress & report training outcomes.
Prepare training plan, assess training effectiveness and take feedback from program participants & stakeholders regarding specific program.
Organize dialogue, meetings, workshops, seminars, and other outreach programs with key stakeholders and facilitate training on various programs on time.
Monitor program activities to ensure the quality of the program along with Environmental and Social Safeguard issues, Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) of the program and address them accordingly.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and half-yearly progress reports and submit to SAIC and the Program Office on time.
Ensure 100% Trainee Enrollment in different courses.
Communication with Trainers, Principal, Trainees, Chief Coordinator and SAIC Management regularly.
Coordinate with the Institutional and Program team of SAIC
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
