∎ Import permission collect from Government authority.
∎ Insurance cover note Collection.
∎ Credit report collectiond
∎ LC Related Form Fill up
∎ Document sent to Bank with request letter for opening LC
∎ Day by day communicate with Local agent or buyers/exporter if they have any demand or others.
∎ Collect LC amendment application as per beneficiary/Local Authority demand.
∎ Check this LC amendment application legality as per Bangladeshi Import policy & it will be acceptable by our advising bank
∎ Application for amendment send to bank with request letter
∎ Amendment copy collect from bank
∎ Amendment commission Voucher collects from bank & check.
∎ Amendment copy Scan & send to Local agent or buyers/exporter through Fax. & Internet.
∎ Day by day communicate with Local agent or buyers/exporter for shipment Schedule Collection.
∎ Document send to C & F Agent for clearing.
∎ Advance C & F Cost calculate & paid.
∎ Collect Bank Guarantee to give shipping agent.
∎ Checking Shipment Quantity & received quantity, shortage etc.
∎ C & F bill Check and adjusted with advance & Final Payment make.
∎ Local payment makes.
