Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in CSE/ Information Technology/ Data Science /Communication Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop front and back-end applications (PHP/another framework)
∎ Maintain, enhance and support on existing web infrastructure
∎ Maintain the database design and modification- MySQL & SQL Server
∎ Ensure day to day user support throughout the country
∎ Manage appropriate support log
∎ Prepare training material and provide end user training
∎ Communicate with the vendors
∎ Visit and provide support to the Area Offices
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Should have knowledge on Web Application Development/Android Application Development
∎ Experience in customer/user support services and managing support log
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply
∎ Candidates having 1 year of work experience in reputed organizations will be given preference
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
