Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in working spinning mills will get preference., HR and Payroll
Job Context:
∎ The candidate must be excellent in MS Excel and expert in any Payroll Software. The candidate will be fully responsible for the whole payroll management system at factory. The selected candidate will have to work at factory under the supervision of head office. The candidate experienced in payroll software is preferable.
∎ Factory Location: Kewa, Mawna Chowrasta, Sreepur, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee Payroll activities and ensure payroll reconciliation.
∎ Have well known knowledge of Payroll management processing software
∎ Analyzing and reporting on payroll data.
∎ Proficient with payroll management software
∎ Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, and other deductions.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, drop out, terminations & promotions
∎ Analyze salary issues e.g., increment, alignment and adjustment when and if required.
∎ Ensure technical supervision to the staff involved in Leave, Attendance and Final Payment issues.
∎ Calculate wage increments, overtime payments and public holiday pay
∎ Prepare and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
∎ Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
∎ Ensure that attendance is traced accurately by payroll system.
