Minimum 2–4 years of experience in market research, preferably in agri-feed or livestock-related industries.
Sound knowledge of local and global feed raw material markets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Must have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently on challenging tasks.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct all research-related activities, including market assessments, competitor benchmarking, and customer behavior analysis, specific to the feed mill industry.
Monitor competitor sales performance and develop regular dashboards to track volume, pricing trends, and distribution footprint.
Collect, analyze, and report on raw material prices (such as soybean meal, maize, rice bran, DDGS, and other ingredients) from both local and international markets.
Provide in-depth competitive intelligence on market offerings, including brand preference of distributors, promotional tactics, supply chain practices, and shifts in demand patterns.
Leverage modern tools and technologies for data collection, statistical modeling, and automated reporting to generate timely and actionable business insights.
Prepare clear, insightful, and executive-level reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders, highlighting strategic recommendations.
Conduct regular field visits to feed distributors, farms, and raw material suppliers to gather primary data and build strong market understanding.
