Responsibilities & Context:
Audit Support & Execution
Assist in conducting audits of distribution houses, retailers, and sales operations.
Verify financial records, sales transactions, and product movement.
Monitor cash management, credit handling, and distributor compliance.
Compliance Monitoring
Identify irregularities, potential fraud, or non-compliance issues.
Report findings to the Market Audit & Compliance Manager.
Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and compile audit data for analysis and reporting.
Prepare audit observations and draft compliance reports.
Support management in developing recommendations for process improvements.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retailers during audit activities.
Maintain proper records of audit observations and compliance status.
Assist in implementing corrective measures and follow-up audits.
