Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in Garments/Textiles.
∎ Must have good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, internet & e-mail)
∎ Good communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All money receipts (cash/cheque) must be checked with the cash book, bank book, or bank statement accordingly.
∎ All cash vouchers/cash payments must be checked with bills / supporting & cash book properly.
∎ All bank vouchers/cheque payments must be checked with bills/ supporting / bank book & bank statement properly.
∎ All petty cash expense bills have to be checked with the petty cash book.
∎ Bank charges/bank reconciliation have to be checked accordingly.
∎ Cash vouchers/bank vouchers for salary payments such as salary & wages, OT, Bonus, Earn Leave, and other allowances have to be checked with the cash book/bank book/bank statement including related support properly.
∎ All receipts & payment vouchers have to be checked on a monthly basis.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by HOD.
