Responsibilities & Context:
Billing & Invoice Management
Prepare, process, and validate invoices for all sales transactions.
Ensure timely issuance of bills, credit notes, and debit adjustments.
Monitor and maintain customer account billing accuracy in ERP/CRM systems.
Reconciliation & Reporting
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of billing data.
Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to management.
Support preparation of billing reports for management review.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all billing activities adhere to company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain accurate billing documentation for internal audits and regulatory purposes.
Support statutory audit processes with required billing records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure billing accuracy.
Support the collection process by providing accurate billing statements to customers.
Process Improvement
Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve billing efficiency.
Assist in automation and digitization of billing workflows.
