∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Individually capable to handle the accounting function, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payables and accounts receivable.
∎ Ensure proper VAT Invoicing, monitoring purchase register & sales register update & VAT return submission on time with VAT Audit.
∎ Voucher entries in Accounting Software (Tally or any ERP).
∎ Perform all type of Accounts reconciliation and analysis.
∎ Ensure proper compliance in making payment and recognition under Tax, VAT & SD Act & Rules.
∎ Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all VAT and Customs related transactions.
∎ Prepare documentation for audits and collaborate with auditors as needed.
∎ Maintain the records, registers & documents regarding Tax, VAT & Customs conforming to Govt. Authorities when required.
∎ Liaison with NBR, VAT & Customs as well as related personnel.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the departmental head
