Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting.
CACC (Part Qualified) is preferred.

Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and internal control system etc.
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure day-to-day accounts and financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained in the SAP S4HANA software of Dhaka Materials.
Perform accounts and finance activities of the company as assigned by the management from time to time.
Ready to perform software/computer-generated accounts and financial activities and report regularly.
Prepare, verify and report financial statements, reconciliations and other key financial information regularly.
Assist in the monthly and annual financial closing process.
Maintain compliance with internal financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coordination with auditors, tax authorities and other external agencies is required.
Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency of the accounting processes, particularly in SAP S4HANA.
