Responsibilities & Context:
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective corporate and industrial sales strategies.
• Develop new corporate and industrial customers and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
• Provide technical consultation and application support for lubricants in various industrial machinery and automotive systems.
• Promote and sell products from CVO (Commercial Vehicle Oil), PCMO (Passenger Car Motor Oil), and Industrial Oil segments.
• Identify business opportunities through direct visits to factories, corporate offices, workshops and project sites.
• Manage and monitor ongoing corporate business, including participation in government and private tender processes.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance reviews on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Develop and implement sales plans, promotional activities, and market expansion strategies to increase market share.
• Introduce new products to the market and establish strong product positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.
• Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and technical discussions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver product and technical training sessions for newly recruited sales, marketing and technical team members.
• Prepare professional business proposals, technical presentations, and PowerPoint reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery.
