Education:

2+ years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or sales admin in commodity trading or agri-business.
Deep knowledge of commodities markets, including understanding of various commodity products (various grain items,), trading strategies.
Previous experience in sales operations or commodity trading is highly beneficial.
Strong command over ERP/CRM tools and Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate daily bulk sales orders from corporate clients, industrial buyers (e.g., Flour Mills, Dal Mills), and Traders.
Prepare and process Sales Contracts, ensure timely sales order(SO), entry DOs (Delivery Orders), Challans, and Invoices via ERP.
Maintain a daily collection tracker against each sales order and ensure timely daily collection followup from customers aligned with the sales force.
Track Saleable stock availability, Coordinate dispatches with warehouse and transport teams, ensuring compliance with delivery terms.
