Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Social Science/ Economics/ Management/ Marketing/ Public Administration/ Political Science/ Business Administration or any other relevant subject from any reputed university/institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in foreign donation applications required by all sectors.
∎ Liaison with domestic and foreign visitors and scheduling visits in coordination with the sector.
∎ Make a program presentation through power point. Having the ability to write Bengali and English on the computer.
∎ Able to write required letters to government, private offices and donors.
∎ Communicate regularly for getting one-time approval of the project and NOC/ letter of appreciation from government offices.
∎ Ensure necessary arrangements for meetings with government and donors.
∎ Contribute to data collection, analysis and advocacy regarding the regulatory environment and impact on NGOs.
∎ Communicate regularly with CiC, RRRC, UNO and DC Office.
∎ Store soft and hard copy of all approvals and letters received from government offices.
∎ Maintain and periodically share the status of FD6/ FD7/ FC1, FD4 through a tracker by coordination with Grants & Finance Team and updates follow up on the status of different files, reports, NOC/certifications.
∎ Attend all meetings organized by DC, UNO, RRRC and CiC and submit relevant reports to Manager, Government Liaison on time.
∎ Assist Manager, Government Liaison in submission of financial & narrative reports for NGOAB projects by the support of Programme and Finance Department.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Knowledge in Budget, FD7, FD6 etc.
∎ Knowledge and experience of dealing with RRRC, CiC, UNO and other Government Officials.
∎ Knowledge of public relations.
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
∎ Have excellent typing skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Competencies
∎ Pro-actively seeking new ways of improving relationship with stakeholders.
∎ Have ability to overcome obstacles in internal and external relationship building.
∎ Have ability to visit field offices, CiC offices, UNO offices and other Govt. Officials frequently and as required from Programme needs.
∎ Have self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
