Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Every Friday and
∎ 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday
∎ Bangladesh Autholized Holiday
∎ To prepare and issue purchase orders and to maintain information on suppliers, screens procurement requests, call for quotations and evaluate quotations and issue purchase orders to the competitive vendors.
∎ Identify potential contract areas where efficiencies
∎ Beating the tender, supervising and implementation, LC Opening from Bank in time as per requirement.
∎ Taking Supply Chain Cost savings initiatives which contribution towards to bottom line of the business.
∎ Studying the Possibility of provisioning of a cost-effective purchasing service in the corporation in accordance to the financial manual.
∎ Ensure that the procurement procedures are in compliance with the financial and procurement manual of the company.
∎ Assist Suupliers and banks with inforamtions during the process of purchase till the closer of the file. Checking / Verifying Documents received from Banks and Suppliers.
∎ Control proper maintenance of records on office equipment's.
