Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Nature ( Companys Business nature): Design, Estimation & Site Management
∎ Contract types, Contract duration): Parment/Temporary/Fixed Term

∎ Company Location: Dhaka.
∎ To follow up all designs, drawings and specifications according to the Standards.
∎ To supervise, monitor and ensure overall quality of construction works including finishing works and the quality of materials being used at respective projects as per the specifications.
∎ To be responsible for the preparation of Engineering Documents and other documental works for the construction of ongoing projects and maintain the same.
∎ To be responsible for preparing the drawings with specifications and BoQ for special items of renovation works.
∎ To have to be computer-literate and conversant with MS Office suite and relevant engineering software packages.
∎ To have to assume any other responsibility and maintain any other register as assigned by the management.
∎ Work Details (Charge)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Every Friday and 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday and Bangladesh Autholized Holiday
∎ Casual Leave with wages: 10 days/year
∎ Sick Leave with wages: 14 days/year after 6 months work
∎ Earned Leave with wages: 12 days/year after 12 months work
∎ Festival Bonus other benefits: 2 Festival Bonus in Year
∎ The Number of weekly Holiday
∎ Range of Yearly Income (Monthly Salalry Range): 50000-80000.
