Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the invoicing process for clients, ensuring invoices are accurate, delivered on time, and payments are received in accordance with payment terms
∎ Process daily financial transactions and payments as per requirement
∎ Monthly bank and payroll reconciliations for ensuring bank reconciliation
∎ Maintain a thorough record of remuneration and rates for the company's international employees, freelance service providers, and other suppliers, both individuals and entities for on time payments
∎ Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial analysis as well as financial reports.
