Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily cash & bank balance report
∎ Daily cash planning report
∎ Cash & fund management as per cash planning report
∎ Fill RTGS form, BEFTN transfer requests, within the bank fund transfer form & other activities to ensure fund availability at respective bank and follow-up with banks for timely execution of the transactions.
∎ Periodical cash flow projection and variance analysis for visibility to the top team
∎ Maintain loan repayment schedule and ensure timely payment to avoid overdue charges including maintain related tracker file in due courses.
∎ Ensure timely renewal of existing loan sanction letter and provide relevant required doc's as per banking requirement.
∎ Ensure timely renewal of respective units of of the group's in line with reporting team
∎ FDR Management & optimum utilization of idle/floating cash
∎ Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Analysis & Net Working Capital Management
∎ Inter-bank & inter-company fund position monitoring, transfer, settlement and maintain related tracker file.
∎ Prepare & circulate monthly/periodically Treasury MIS:
∎ - Prepare Loan and interest report and timely circulation
∎ - Periodical working capital position (Receivables, payable, inventory, cash & bank balance, FDR etc.)
∎ - Export sales report
∎ - Intercompany Loan statement
∎
∎ Timely month end closing activities with zero audit observations.
∎ - Maintain and update loan files regularly and ensure regular GL posting
∎ - Monthly interest provision and actual interest booking into system
∎ - Bank charges & commission posting and maintain tracker file
∎ - Intercompany Loan
∎ - Collect Month end loan liability (funded/non-funded) statement, Balance confirmation cerftificate from bank
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
