Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to all customer queries on domestic & international flights/ holiday packages, including visa requirements, ticket prices, insurance coverage, etc.
∎ Make reservations for tickets/ tour packages.
∎ Booking tickets using GDS.
∎ Maintain email correspondence with clients to ensure high levels of customer services.
∎ Maintain liaison with airlines, hotels, resort and other agencies of local & foreign countries.
∎ Making occasional sales call to corporate clients/agent for increasing sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have strong communication skills (proficient in spoken and written English).
∎ Customer/Sales Oriented.
∎ Strong Negotiation Skills.
∎ Knowledge of existing market competition.
∎ Knowledge of working with Galileo/Abacus/Sabre/other GDS is preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
