Educational Requirements:
∎ A Graduate or Post graduate with Science / Commerce background from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the quality benchmark of the products
∎ Guide and take necessary steps to minimize the cost and rejection rate of the products
∎ Check the sample, requisition sheet, and costing sheet before approval
∎ Plan, supervise, and monitor the production process to supply products within the lead time
∎ Assist to develop the process as per the organizational needs.
∎ Guide and motivate the producers, suppliers, and weavers
∎ Distribute error-free design/order to producers/ suppliers on time

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of experience on merchandising or any other textile or garments sector
∎ Skilled in MS Office, and e-mail communication
∎ Knowledge of yarn, fabric, weaving / knitting, dyeing & finishing process, garments manufacturing process etc.
∎ Good motorcycle driving skills along with a valid driving license will be added advantage
∎ Location: Madhabdi, Narsingdi

∎ As per company policy
