Accounts, External Audit, Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Daily Sales Report, delivery report, Data input into ERP.
∎ Providing sales information to the sales team
∎ Preparation of distributor appointment letter, preparation of discharge letter, preparation of condolence letter.
∎ Checking the bill and informing the company's guidelines, rules related to the bill.
∎ Reviewing sales report.
∎ Frequent travel to distributor points is required
∎ Generating territory, area, zone, zone wise data & Quick settlement of distributor claims.
∎ Preparation of trade letters, offer letters, price change letters and original copies of letters are kept on file.
∎ Contribute to find out weaknesses/ loophole of Market auditing system of the company in various aspects and recover in priority basis.
∎ Any other tasks are given by the authority.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate Must Be Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
