• 7–10 years of experience in Electrical product manufacturing.

• Practical experience in producing LED Bulbs, Exhaust fans, MCB, switch-sockets, DB boards or similar electrical items will be given strong preference.

• Must have experience in leading production teams and shift management.

• Strong understanding of electrical assembly, SMT/PCB processes, and quality standards.

• Knowledge of production planning & control, BOM management, and workflow optimization.

• Good understanding of electrical testing (preferred).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and production reporting tools.

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Manager – Production to lead and manage the production operations of various electrical products including LED Bulb, Exhaust Fan, MCB, Switch-Socket, DB Board & PC Items. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, hands-on manufacturing experience, and proven leadership capabilities in electrical product production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and manage day-to-day production of LED Bulbs, Exhaust Fans, MCB, Switch-Socket, DB Board & PC Items.

•  Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.

•  Prepare and execute production plans, shift management, and manpower allocation.

•  Ensure proper assembly line setup, workflow efficiency, and process optimization.

•  Coordinate with QC, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, and Maintenance teams for smooth operation.

•  Maintain all production-related documents, reports, and KPI records.

• Oversee raw material usage, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective production.

• Ensure machines, equipment, jigs, and tools are maintained and calibrated properly.

• Implement and monitor SOPs, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

•  Train and supervise line leaders and production staff to enhance skills and productivity.

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with factory rules & regulations.
