Paper, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) after receiving demand from the user department and create Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receive Note (GRN) in software.
∎ Keep all records (soft & hard copy both) of raw materials, spare parts, document & financial transaction.
∎ Maintain FIFO, LIFO, BIN card and prepare monthly inventory report & send to the concern authority.
∎ Maintain and update physical stock along with software by maintaining inventory.
∎ Prepare various report of store department.
∎ Take necessary step to transfer materials from one unit to other unit through STO.
∎ Support to the audit team assign through management.
∎ Keep record of scrap materials and update concern authority respectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ Practical experience in operate integrated accounting software.
