Responsibilities & Context:
In process check in every stages of manufacturing and packaging as per SOP
Sampling and dispensing of raw material as per SOP
On-line checking of BMR/BPR and also compilation of batch documents for release of finished product
Preparation and review of SOP, Validation/Qualification protocol and also prepare relevant report
Investigation and CAPA tracking of Deviation, QIR, OOS, Customer Complaints and Rejection
Carry out Internal Audit/Self Inspection, Vendor audit and Annual Product Quality Review
Archive, Retrieve and disposal of quality documents
Ensure over all compliance of Site GMP
