Store inventory, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly stock statement report and submit to the management.
∎ Maintain of all stock register by BIN card system.
∎ Ensure all accessories inventory and stock register.
∎ Foreign materials receive, issue, Rack display & field works etc.
∎ Receive store materials physically according to valuation.
∎ Make GR (Goods Receipt) in the software, maintain BIN card, FIFO and LIFO.
∎ Check opening stock as per the report on daily basis.
∎ Keep all the document and record of transaction.
∎ Check the PR pending challan file.
∎ Prepare various report of store department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office and Integrated Accounting package i.e. Software knowledge is must.
∎ Candidate having experience in store department of LPG Industries will get preference.
