∎ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customer, pitch sales plan,negotiate delivery and collection process to onboard new customer.
∎ Achieve SKU wise sales target for raw/chilled chicken meat.
∎ Ensure collection as per the collection schedule.
∎ Coordinate with customers, and other stakeholders to ensure sales growth.
∎ Maintain customer database and ensure strong relationship with customers.
∎ Maintain cold chain system during warehousing, loading, unloading and distribution in compliance with the set standard.
∎ Visit customers regularly to address any customer complaints and provide on-time and relevant solution for customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years raw/chilled chicken meat selling experience, preferably engaged with HORECA channel.
∎ Must understand HORECA channel customer and raw chicken meat selling,vendor enlistment & renewal process,product supply agreement,payment system e.t.c
∎ Convert competitons customer and maximize profitability.
∎ Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
∎ Possess good selling, negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Have adequate knowledge on geographical areas in Dhaka city.
∎ Ability to work under pressure .
