Responsibilities & Context:
• Oversee overall factory operations, infrastructure, and technical services.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all Utility Equipment’s
• Ensure smooth functioning of utility systems (boilers, chillers, HVAC, compressors, RO/ETP/STP, power distribution).
• Handle facility management including building upkeep, safety systems, housekeeping, and security.
• Handle the RSC /BEPZA & Customers Aduit Requirements.
• Lead factory projects such as new installations, expansions, upgrades, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Implement energy-saving measures and cost-control initiatives.
• Lead and train maintenance, utility, and facility teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
