Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering/Telecommunication/EEE from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and prepare Laptop/Desktop computer including OS and other software.
∎ Visit the Sales Area Offices as and when required to address the problems and requirements.
∎ Perform network monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting in Windows.
∎ Develop and manage network and server independently.
∎ Configure & install various network devices like switch, router etc.
∎ Diagnose software, hardware & network problems and make required troubleshooting.
∎ Support filed officials on the Smartphone and Thermal printers.
∎ Work with Head Office ICT team closely through remote connectivity.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge on Networking & Troubleshooting, Windows OS setup, capable to install, configure and manage workstation independently, hands on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting, clear concept about TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/MAN/WAN, IP-routing and Sub-netting.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Salary:
