Responsibilities & Context:

Drive the implementation of brand and communication strategies to strengthen market presence and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms. Perform market research, work closely with internal teams, and oversee brand campaigns to boost customer engagement and loyalty. Track brand performance and cultivate partnerships with external agencies and media partners.

  • Define the brand’s unique value proposition and communicate it effectively across all channels. 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty. 

  • Align brand strategies with overall business goals and objectives. 

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials. 

  • Conduct regular brand audits to maintain brand integrity and make necessary adjustments. 

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior. 

  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives. 

  • Collaborate with top management and other departments to ensure brand consistency. 

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance and perception in the market.

  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, activities, and outcomes.
