Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Communications/Media or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for managing social media presence and communities, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, media and ensure adherence to SCI standards and brand guidelines.
∎ S/he will write content and manage SCiBD web page, based on proactive interviews and engagement with programs and produce regular report and analysis of social and web presence and campaigns to ensure quality and value for money and Produce weekly internal newsletter, produce and edit content for various materials as well.
∎ S/he will design and implement short-term social media campaigns and develop social media content calendar to maximize awareness and engagement on the key issues SCI works with.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' practical experience in social media platforms, especially the use of it as a communication tools
∎ Should have sound understanding on media and campaign activities
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill both in Bangla & English
∎ Proven ability to think creatively and be innovative
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, ability to type in Bangla
∎ Experience in producing snappy, crisp multimedia content, adobe illustrator
