Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from various platforms
∎ Review tender documents and assess feasibility, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements
∎ Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents including technical and financial proposals
∎ Coordinate with internal teams for required documentation and approvals
∎ Follow up on tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of all tenders, bids, and outcomes
∎ Ensure timely renewal of existing manpower contracts and performance reports
∎ Assist in vendor registrations, empanelment’s, and pre-qualification processes
∎ Monitor contract execution timelines and flag compliance issues
∎ Keep updated with government procurement policies and manpower labor laws
