Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ ICMA 1000 Marks completed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
∎ Examine the levels of supplies and material (yarn, fabrics and dyes chemical, accessories) to determine shortages.
∎ Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments.
∎ Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
∎ Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
∎ Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
∎ Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
∎ Confirming daily basis material consumption (buyer, order, style, color and category) daily report analysis.
∎ Prepare and analysis inventory ageing schedule.
∎ Prepare daily process wise material reconciliation report.
∎ Prepare order closing report
∎ Prepare process wise WIP movement report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the inventory management.
