Experience:

Database Management Expertise: Prior experience in database management and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases are necessary.
Proficiency in MS Office: Exhibit a strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Position Summary:
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors & donors, ensuring they receive timely updates and reports. Key responsibilities include creating effective fundraising strategies, engaging sponsors during events, managing accurate sponsor databases, and providing regular progress updates. This position plays a vital role in enhancing donor satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the organization`s fundraising goals.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for sponsors and partners, nurturing strong relationships through regular communication.
Keep sponsors informed about the progress and well-being of the children under their support.
Collaborate with the program team to ensure that updates about the children are timely and accurate.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve fundraising goals.
Attend events and engage with sponsors to enhance their connection with the organization.
Provide regular progress reports to the reporting manager regarding fundraising and sponsor engagement.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sponsor database.
Contribute to the organization`s broader fundraising strategy by offering insights and feedback based on Sponsor feedback and industry trends.
Identify potential opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate team members for follow-up.
Address sponsor concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct sponsor satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
