∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operating, Good convincing ability, Leadership, Nagotiations

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Communication, Brand Promotion, Event/ Campaign Coordination, Outdoor Brand, Suppliers and Vendor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Cement Industry, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and visit to check any kind of POSM and outdoor activities what will be done by Metrocem in nationwide retail and dealer point.
∎ Analyze and collect competitive brand information (offline and online).
∎ Actively execute different event in different place (Halkhata, Mason meet, House owner meet, Engineer meet, Network Partner openings, product launches and new services).
∎ Monitor, co-ordinate, identify and select places in different locations for outdoor advertisement, such as - Billboard, Neon Sign, Bell Sign, Shop Branding, High wall and Land Wall Branding.
∎ Monitor competitor’s events, promotional activities and any other information and assign for the internal and external communication.
∎ Writing agreement/dead and coordinating with house owner.
∎ Compile and deliver business intelligence reports to the Head of Department.
∎ Conduct market survey for better understanding of consumer/customer insight.
∎ Active participation in monthly Advertising and Promotional (A&P) Planning and maintain market expenditure database.
∎ Preparing questionnaire, conduct survey, data analysis and report writing.
∎ Engage in any work assigned from time to time by the management.
