Education:

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Operations Support
Assist in daily monitoring of sales performance and activities.
Collect, consolidate, and maintain sales data for reporting.
Support in preparing monthly/quarterly sales performance reports.
Administrative & Compliance Support
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and customer files.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Provide logistical and administrative support to sales campaigns.
Coordination
Work closely with Finance, HR, and Logistics to ensure smooth sales operations.
Support the sales field force with necessary documentation and reporting.
Technology & Tools
Assist in managing CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
Update sales dashboards, trackers, and performance sheets regularly.
