Educational Requirements:
∎ Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
∎ Proven experience in Sales activity in a Cosmetics Industry.
∎ Excellent proficiency in Bengali (spoken and written)
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure while seeing to a wide range of different Product SKU. Cosmetics retail experience & distributor management will be considered as a must have experience.
∎ Ability to work independently and creatively and to take initiative.
∎ Strong abilities in interpersonal communication, presenting content, layout / design and report-writing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise between customers & company to best manage the sales Activity around the country.
∎ Handle large number of customer calls & arrange required support.
∎ Create & Coordinate with distributors to achieve organizational goal.
∎ Best demonstrate team player attitude in this division.
∎ This position comes with sales responsibility, authority, team management, target setting & drive the sales targets.
