Fire Safety Manager Course (6 months) from Fire Service will be an added advantage.
4-5 years of work experience in a relevant field at a group of companies/ MNCs/ Banks
Good interpersonal communication and typing skills both in English and Bangla
Customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.

BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its General Services Division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure an effective fire safety management system and procedure as per BNBC-2021;
Maintain MIS and prepare regulatory reports on fire safety management and equipment;
Plan and coordinate yearly training plan on fire safety and evacuation drills for employees;
Plan, coordinate, and conduct fire drills at all premises at least twice every calendar year;
Plan and deal with suppliers for regular maintenance and supply of fire equipment and systems;
Coordinate and manage fire safety-related regulatory affairs with the concerned Govt. bodies;
Conduct fire safety risk assessment, survey, investigation, and verify fire safety planning.
