Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in Garment Packaging Industries.
Good communication skill.
Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.
Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
Able to work under pressure & familiar with work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible to implement & secure all quality requirements as per the customer demand & standard.
- To know & understand company’s Quality Policy and follow/ relate it with daily work.
- Process developing of inline quality and reduce defect.
- Responsible for all in Line quality checks in place for 100% defect free products dispatched to customers.
- Make a continuous study of work improvement, Process developing of inline quality and reduce defect and give report to the higher authority.
- Always prepare to face quality audits and keep all quality documents up to date.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
- Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
- Any other task assigned by management.
