∎ Conduct market research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
∎ Gather and analyse user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements
∎ Assist in defining product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives
∎ Use data analytics tools to track product performance and user behaviour
∎ Create reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to stakeholders
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to achieve targets
∎ Facilitate design thinking workshops to ideate and prioritise solutions
∎ Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences
∎ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualise product ideas
∎ Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute product launches
∎ Support project management activities, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards
∎ Assist in the preparation of product documentation and training materials
