∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years and above and at least 2 years working experience in the said position in manufacturing FMCG,
∎ Experience in Bakery/Food industry will get high preference.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Access/ Word/ Power Point) and ERP Software (Oracle).
∎ Must be able to work independently and capable of managing multiple audit operations.
∎ Must be willing to travel/ short stay at factory sites
∎ Advanced skill in English, both written and oral communication
∎ Advanced Excel skill is a must

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspect, monitor, and report quality data for production, factory operations, delivery management, warehouse management and store management;
∎ Prepare list of deviations for correction and verify corrections as per established company standards.
∎ Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.
∎ Physical visit to depot, dealer and distributors points through conducting market audit to find specific market gap and opportunities from market end & distributor end.
∎ Monitor daily basis overall sales and MKT functions and ensure strong sales monitor systems are in place.
∎ Perform Internal Audit on Inventory Management system of manufacturing factory/industry and Depots.
∎ To ensure physical verification of cash of all Concerns.
∎ Review factory operational processes, identify risk & drawback of operations, and assess the risk as per guidelines.
∎ Perform in Financial Audit of the company.
∎ Will check & verify the purchase comparing with local rate & market.
∎ Conducting supply chain audit and identify risk & drawback of supply chain and report to management to mitigate those risks.
∎ Implement internal audit and Monitoring policies, procedures, and program
∎ Follow up on implementation of audit findings
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
