Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in social sciences, international relations/affairs, development studies, humanities, human rights, political science or other relevant discipline or relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years' experience with an NGO in a programme funding and partnership development role.
∎ Experience of developing proposals and/or tender bids to private corporations, trusts and foundations, high net worth individuals (HNWI), Middle & Affluent Class (MAC) and mass fundraising campaign.
∎ Required Competencies:
∎ Sufficient understanding of logical framework, theory of change, budgeting, reporting and needs assessment.
∎ Sufficient understanding of corporate strategies - both commercial and CSR - to develop stronger relationships and alignment with AAB, and to cultivate partnership opportunities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
∎ Ability to prioritize own workload and work with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to work with multiple teams in a diverse environment
∎ Excellent Bengali and English language skills (written, reading, and spoken).
∎ Excellent writing, reasoning, and analytical skills.
∎ Working thematic knowledge on any of the following themes: women's rights and gender equality, humanitarian response, disaster risk reduction, resilience, governance, youth development, policy and campaigns.
∎ Knowledge of Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA)

Salary: Tk. 63579 (Monthly)
