Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project: Natural Resource Management (NRM), Funded by WFP
∎ Type of contract: Fixed term contract
∎ Duration of Contract: Up to 31 January 2026 (if not extended)
∎ The MIS Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the MIS to support data collection, storage, and analysis for the NRM project funded by WFP. The role includes ensuring that all data collected is accurate, processed, and reported effectively. The MIS Officer will work closely with the Project Manager and field staff to ensure that data systems meet project needs, are aligned with WFP requirements, and contribute to informed decision-making. This role also involves building the capacity of staff to use MIS tools efficiently and ensuring that data is securely stored and shared as per confidentiality and reporting guidelines.
