Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation degree in pharmacy/pharmaceutical Supply Chain or equivalent professional experience;

Job Context:
∎ Job ID: N28071901
∎ Contract length: 03 months with possibility of extension depending on satisfactory performance and availability of funding.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Manager - Warehouse will:
∎ Ensure that procedures of drug supply chain meet Save the Children and donor regulations;
∎ Ensure medicine stock management for the main stocks and the assigned health facilities;
∎ Ensure medicine dispensing according to guidelines and stock withdrawal forms of the doctors;
∎ Keep warehouse records and documents (stock cards, bin cards, waybills, store release, inventory list etc.) correct and up to date;
∎ Maintain proper storage condition, temperature and humidity for medicine warehouse/store and cold chain items;
∎ Assist in ensuring Quality Assurance in medicinal and supply management;
∎ Timely produce procurement request maintaining buffer stocks;
∎ Take timely measures to avoid stock-out and expiry of medicines and supplies;
∎ Maintain statistics and indicators to monitor performance, risk assessment, workload management and communicate to relevant parties;
∎ Building the capacity of warehouse staff and work for smooth workflow;
∎ Ensure policies and procedures for the management of the medical supply chain, store and pharmacy management;
∎ Provide medical logistics, storekeeper training and capacity building as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Robust experience of iNGO in emergency programme, and with experience of working within a complex and matrix organization structure;
∎ An excellent understanding of medical supply chain management;
∎ Experience in health logistics, specifically pharmaceutical logistics, including procurement, transportation, and warehouse stock management;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English, Bengali and or Rohingya spoken languages;
∎ Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children's aims, values and principles including rights-based approaches.
