∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Journalism/ Media Relations/ English/ Communications, or related areas.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in media and/or communications, preferably in development sector
∎ Experience in handling social media analytics and accounts
∎ Experience in working in multicultural environment
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, intercultural sensitivity, teamwork and discretion with confidential information
∎ Ability of speaking and understanding Chittagonian/ Rohingya dialect is mandatory
∎ Photography, audio and filming skills with experience handling relevant software
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ High ability to adapt to flexible working hours, long field visits, intense and stressful circumstances, and workload
∎ Good computer operating skills, particularly in MS Office suite
