Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, Printer/photocopier,scanner etc
∎ Regular maintenance of computer hardware, software upgradation as per ISO guidelines iMAC hardware & MAC OS related troubleshooting
∎ Monitor & troubleshoot of Surveillance/CCTV system
∎ Troubleshoot of Access Control & attendance system
∎ PA system troubleshooting & Multimedia meeting room logistics support
∎ IP PBX configuration & troubleshoot
∎ IT Asset Register & Maintenance reporting
