Job Responsibilities:
∎ Event management of technology systems
∎ Record incidents and correlate them with the events
∎ Communicate and coordinate resolution with internal and external party
∎ Perform first-tier troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve system/network performance and related system/network issues
∎ Manage Change Request of IT team, track and documentation of Server, OS, Network and database issues and compiling incident reports
∎ Provide information on components and services availability, capacity, and performance metrics
∎ Schedule flexibility with the ability to work non-standard business hours

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 (Two) years' experience in the relevant field
∎ IT infrastructure & services monitoring in hourly interval.
∎ Knowledge in Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS) will be considered as an added advantage
